How long will the birth announcement cards
take to come?
Time is of the essence and we will aim to provide your announcement
cards within 10 days of receiving your completed order form and
deposit. If a proof is required, you must check it and provide your
response immediately via fax or email or by returning the proof
with your comments. Should you need them quicker, this can be arranged
but only with the inserts where you fill in the details yourself.
How long will it take for the Christening
stationery to be made?
The printed designs are the quickest, but all handmade designs are
made to order and therefore from the day we receive your order form
and payment, you need to allow up to 4 weeks.
How many invitations / announcements will
we need?
One per household (not per person). It's advisable to order spares
for if you make a mistake when writing them.
Can you print the guests’ names inside the invitations?
Yes this service costs 70p per invitations (please supply the guest
list via email) and will be written in the same font at the rest
of the wording for a totally professional look.
Do the designs come in any other colours?
In most cases you can choose the colour of the ribbon and buttons.
Will we be sent proofs for checking?
For personalised inserts free proofs will be sent if required within
a couple of days of receiving your order form and deposit. Proofs
are not needed for the birth announcement cards where you fill in
the details yourself.
Can you print my own choice of wording inside the invitations?
If you would like your own choice of wording, please send a clear
copy with your order form.
What if I need extra invitations?
Extra invitations can be ordered but there is a minimum re-order
quantity of 10 and you will need to pay further P+P so it is advisable
to order enough extras at the outset.
How and when do we pay for the stationery?
Birth Announcements : Due to the quick turnaround, full payment
will be required on ordering via cheque or direct transfer.
Christening Invitations : Either full payment or a deposit of 50%
of the order value is required before work on the order commences,
with the balance due when returning your proofs.
