Lead times for Birth Announcement cards
Time is of the essence and we will aim to provide your announcement cards within 10 days. If a proof is required, you must check and respond immediately via fax or email or by returning the proof with your comments. Should you need them quicker, this can be arranged but only with the inserts where you fill in the details yourself.

Lead times for Christening Invitations : Christening invitations will take up to 4 weeks.

Delivery via courier (Mon-Fri unless otherwise agreed) and will require a signature on receipt. Please ensure that there is someone to receive the stationery either at home or at another designated address.

Payment
Birth Announcements
Due to the quick turnaround, full payment will be required on ordering.

Christening Invitations
Either full payment or a deposit of 50% of the order value is required before work on the order commences, with the balance due when returning your proofs.

Refunds
All stationery is personalised to your individual requirements. Refund or exchange can be given only where the merchandise is faulty or the specifications of the order have not been met. In the event of cancellation, all work in progress must be paid for in full.
